How to Order

When ordering finials or accessories, select items and fax email or call in your order.

To order stock lamp bases including round, oval, square or rectangle:

1. Determine seating area.
2. Indicate center drill or figural.
3. Specify thickness.
4. Choose finish. 
5. Call or fax your order.

To order custom lamp bases:

1. Trace your item on a manila file folder. (This is your template)
2. Indicate base or cap.                            
3. Indicate center drill or figural. If figural, indicate placement of figurine arm. If center drill, indicate front and back. (This is for cord hole placement.)
4. Specify thickness.
5. Choose your finish. 
6. Mail your pattern.

Custom patterns must be mailed. The fax distorts the shape and size. Your patterns are cut out and used as a template. Please do not use paper. Your patterns will be kept for 30 days for re-ordering purposes.
